Transaction of Energy Conservation Volume:

Under the control of the national energy conservation overall targets, distribute regional quota rationally．Because of different energy efficiency and energy conservation costs between the enterprises, energy conservation transaction promotes cost minimization and efficiency maximization.

Pollutants Emission Trading:

SO2 emissions trading is emissions trading on the premise that MEP（Ministry of environmental protection）regulate the total emission, and distribute regional quota rationally and supervise effectively．
COD emission trading：In a drainage area quota from annual total emission amount is distributed rationally to enterprises related under effective supervision．Quota could be transferred between qualified enterprises.

Carbon Emission Trading：
Kyoto Protocol prescribes each party included in Annex I have to take on　quantified emission limitation and parties not included in Annex I have not．Because of high costs of emission reduction of greenhouse gases (GHGs), United Nations set up Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). CDM prescribes that developed countries should help developing countries to realize emission reduction of greenhouse gases (GHGs). As a return, the CERs (Certified Emission Reduction) related may offset emission reduction quota of developed countries.
